The apartment itself was fine, the building is showing significant signs of wear. I had an issue with noisy neighbors stomping and that was never resolved. I would suggest a different property if people asked simply because there is better value for the money.

Your community manager is kind of an asshat and your property is nearly aged out for the location and price.

I really enjoyed living at the District up until about March. The pool was closed for 2 months and we were still being charged for amenities and the pool is one I use frequently. I am very disappointed in how my move out went. I still had my lease for another week and had left a few things behind to clean and I came back to clean and everything was gone and someone had been in my apartment. I also received a call from someone on the day my lease ended to ask for my keys back and I had already dropped them off a week prior. Very disorganized and very disappointed that I was treated that way after having lived there for over 2 years.

The communication was extremely lack luster. For living in a “luxury” apartment it sure is crazy to move into an apartment that wasn’t ready for move in. All appliances broken down during our stay. Noisey events in that pool on Thursdays which are working days. Garbage trucks block the entire driveway so you can’t get in. Coffee machine never up or enough cups for people to get it. And mail room too full all the time and broken lockers to get in couldn’t get in for weeks. Too many random walk ins with too short of a notice. Also golf simulator down frequently

The entire process was easy so far.
