It’s a very clean and friendly place to live. My only issue is that my neighbor above me walks very heavy all day and night. I feel like a horse lives above me and is clip clopping around. It’s very weird. But other than the lack of sleep when they are home, the community is great and the staff is amazing!

Really hope you find a better way to handle the mail room. Always frustrating looking for packages there. The dedicated bins in the hall are great.

The 80% floor covering needs to be in forced. Can hear neighbor above when he gets up, leaves, returns, and roams in the apartment.

Our tour was great. She was informative and very nice which isn’t always the case, loved that she lives in the building too, it’s a great sign when associates also live there . We went with a different apartment due to availability of units and pricing.

Loud neighbors. Apartment in a poor location. Referral system is not clear, poor communication by leasing agent.

Move in was smooth, the staff has been extremely helpful.

We’ve generally enjoyed living here, but there are a few ongoing issues we wanted to share as feedback. The carpets on floor 2 are in very poor condition with many visible stains and should be replaced.Additionally, some of the amenities have been unavailable for long periods of time. The pool was out of action for several months last year, and the golf simulator has been broken for nearly a year. There has been very little communication or updates around timelines for these issues, which has been frustrating.Lastly, the gym facilities could use some attention and improvements to better match expectations for the community. We hope this feedback is helpful and leads to some positive changes.

The District was a good place to live for the first year but as with the change of time is change of neighbors and I had a hard time living with the noise of the person above me, people in the inner courtyard being loud early in the morning or late at night, people not picking up after their dogs outside, packages always missing, speeders in the parking garage…it was all mostly the inconsiderate tenets but the building management constantly reminded everyone of the rules and trying to be accommodating. I decided to move out because if I had to change apartments to not live under the person above me, I would just find a better suited place to live.
