I was impressed with the quality of the overall apartment as well as the amount of amenities.

To be honest, I have not enjoyed my stay. The other tenants have not been all that polite. I’ve had packages stolen, trash in the hallways and parking garage. It stinks half the time. The pool was rarely open. I appreciated the office ladies but half the time when I had issues, they weren’t really resolved. I know everyone tries their best but, I’ve stayed at better places. Love the location, hate the stay if I’m being honest.

We had a great tour and our guide was lovely and conversational. The complex was clean and updated and felt like it could be our future home! Thank you!

Very friendly welcoming and enthusiastic

I really enjoyed living at the District up until about March. The pool was closed for 2 months and we were still being charged for amenities and the pool is one I use frequently. I am very disappointed in how my move out went. I still had my lease for another week and had left a few things behind to clean and I came back to clean and everything was gone and someone had been in my apartment. I also received a call from someone on the day my lease ended to ask for my keys back and I had already dropped them off a week prior. Very disorganized and very disappointed that I was treated that way after having lived there for over 2 years.
