There should be a Fob Scanner on the side door by the dog Park. It is left open by dog walkers for easier access all of the time and I understand why. I also understand that is a security risk, so the best solution would be to install a Fob Scanner on the outside of the door.

The hallway carpets are gross on my floor. They need to be replaced. Lots of stains. Also, some paint on the columns or signs in the parking garage would be helpful it’s easy to get turned around.

The current management team has turn things around quite nicely!

In the month of December, I went down to the lobby for coffee maybe 6 times. 5 out of the 6 times there were no cups. Recently I went down with my own mug, and the machine was out of service. I have had 2 lost packages, 3 occasions where someone from Amazon is calling me at 5:30am because they can’t deliver my package, and the golf simulator (a determining factor of me signing my lease) has been down since August. And there is no remote in the gym.

Hallways and garage are pretty dirty. Office staff and maintenance are awesome. Thanks!
