The hallway carpets are gross on my floor. They need to be replaced. Lots of stains. Also, some paint on the columns or signs in the parking garage would be helpful it’s easy to get turned around.

In the month of December, I went down to the lobby for coffee maybe 6 times. 5 out of the 6 times there were no cups. Recently I went down with my own mug, and the machine was out of service. I have had 2 lost packages, 3 occasions where someone from Amazon is calling me at 5:30am because they can’t deliver my package, and the golf simulator (a determining factor of me signing my lease) has been down since August. And there is no remote in the gym.

The communication was extremely lack luster. For living in a “luxury” apartment it sure is crazy to move into an apartment that wasn’t ready for move in. All appliances broken down during our stay. Noisey events in that pool on Thursdays which are working days. Garbage trucks block the entire driveway so you can’t get in. Coffee machine never up or enough cups for people to get it. And mail room too full all the time and broken lockers to get in couldn’t get in for weeks. Too many random walk ins with too short of a notice. Also golf simulator down frequently

Ashley was very knowledgeable. She answered all our questions, and have us a great tour of all the facilities and showed us two types of units.
