I wish the pool and hot tub was operating. It's been over 6 months since it was open. I was told by others it was a license issue. That's very unprofessional to say the least. I wish something was done to prevent dogs from urinating in the garage. Immediately when we enter or exit we must carefully side step the urine puddle. And as one might imagine the smell. I am happy I guess that the gas grill on the 5th floor patio has been replaced after months of not working. Not sure if the other ones have been replaced or fixed by the pool that is closed.

The pool has been closed since July - after Noble and management threw a rager and got it shut down by the city. Then, they lied about why it was shut down and management was rude to tenants when they complained about losing this amenity. The entire situation should not have happened, but when it did, management should have dealt with it better.The other amenity that was gone for 6+ months without reason was the coffee machine. They finally just got us a new one.We moved from one apartment in the building to another and spent half a day cleaning the old apartment. It was spotless and they still tried to take our entire security deposit. When we moved into the next apartment there was still shit on the toilet from the previous owner but I’m sure they took their entire deposit, too.The only positive I will share is that Nijav and his team are amazing and super helpful. He deserves to be paid more for all his hard work. Brandee is kind, too. I just wish the team handled difficult situations better and prioritized its tenants’ satisfaction with the Douglas over “doing things for the community.”

Would be nice if the entrances that had stairs be closed off by metal doors too so homeless people can’t hangout and block our entrances. Also, what happened to the coffee machine and in addition to no communication regarding the pool/hottub?

Right when I first entered, I was greeted with welcoming and positive energy. Community is quiet, but exciting. There are a lot of amenities and my tour guide, Noble, was very helpful in guiding me through the complex and providing answers to any questions I had. I definitely see myself moving here in the future.
