My initial experience with the office staff when applying for the apartment was good. Until we signed the lease and they decided to give our apartment to someone else and stick us into an apartment we did not sign for, charge us $200 more in rent, and extend our move in date by two weeks. We luckily got this cleared up, but it was such a horrible experience, and the staff was not helpful. Maintenance has been great for whenever we have had an issue in our apartment, but when the elevator was broken for 2 months and we could not use it, that was inconvenient. Something is always broken. The outside of the building is quite gross too, it constantly smells like dog urine, and people never pick up after their pets. The residents are not the easiest to live around either. People will play loud music at 4 am on a weeknight without any consideration for their neighbors. All in all, it has not been a good experience living here, and would not recommend to anyone.

Lack of communication. My tour was originally cancelled with out my knowledge and when I rebooked and asked why for the cancellation, the rep said it was overbooked. When I rescheduled and came in for the tour, the leasing agent up front said they didn’t see a tour appointment for me. I wasn’t able to view the apartment that I was interested in nor did they offer to show one at all.

I like the location and the building is nice however I feel like it’s been going downhill. Dogs are peeing in the hallway and it’s not getting cleaned up. Random new rules and policies are being made with no notice.

Move Out: Elevator wasn’t held despite 5 email messages exchanged including a reminder the day before. Staff messed up my move out dateGenerally: over my four years at the building, the quality of service provided by the staff went down each year. At the end, asking the staff a question essentially made me feel like I was bothering them despite it literally being their job
