I’ve been serviced by Eastlake Storage for a couple of years now. I almost ended my contract due to previous management who was not pleasant or approachable for questions or concerns. New management is the opposite. There is a new team on board and Ive had the pleasure of interacting with Joey, Francis and manager, Mel. It is because if the wonderful service they all have provided is the reason for my stay. Due ti such great customer service, I ended up getting another storage and I’m referring people to this facility. All of them provide great people skills starting with RESPECT, approachable and a CAN-DO attitude. Always have a smile, offering water and just cater to customer needs. I am very happy with everyone’s service. Thank you Melody, Joey, and Francis for always making my visits a great experience! I appreciate you for caring for your customer.
