Overall experience was rushed came to my appointment door was locked standing outside in the heat maintenance was super nice to assist the leasing agent wasn’t welcoming she was juggling the office and assisting with residents. Overall o/10 experience

The tour was nice

I would suggest putting residents with children on the bottom floor, if the leasing office will not take complaints seriously.

The complex has became dirty and very unsafe to walk in.

I came and looked out at one of your apartments which I liked and I wanted I was told the information would be sent to me, but it was not. I even called the number you have for half hours to speak to someone and left a few messages saying I wanted the apartment and in good faith was willing to pay 6 to 12 months in advance and still didn’t hear anything so I went back to the property to find out that someone else had just taken it. Then was told there was no more apartments in the style I wanted I told all three agents how pissed off I was and couldn’t believe this had happened. I even recommended two people to come and look at the properties. All I can see is very unprofessional cannot believe this has happened even asked if the show apartment would be possible to rent out at a later date and was told no.

It has been pleasure living at this apartment and I love how helpful and accommodating the staff have been since my move.

The lady who gave us the tour seemed like she did not want to be there. She walked super fast and would tell us to just keep up. She ran through the tour and skipped showing us the pool or courtyard. And she kind of brushed off the questions we were asking especially about the rent. I like the apartment but I don’t know if I can deal with this level of disrespect from management.
