The maintenance order resulted in a replacement of the dish washer.

My garbage disposal fell out of its attachment and totally fell to the bottom of the cabinet, plus it pulled its arm to the other sink!! Just so unexpected and a weird thing to have happen!! I called Kristie and she sent John. He came within an hour and fixed it so, so fast!! He is amazing in his abilities!! Plus, he is so helpful and fast and always pleasant!! We are fortunate to have him!! Thank you to both of them for a job well done!!

John and Zack are great. They fixed the problem the same day. I was very satisfied.

I left a message via phone, but didn't know about receiving a confirmation. When I went down to the office the young man was with new tenants. The next day I returned and he was on the phone for about 15 minutes before I could state the case of my stove being out. That's when I found out about needing a confirmation. He put in the order, and when I returned home in the afternoon, the stove was fixed. Wonderful. On another note: when a fire alarm goes off, there needs to be a notice at the end saying this was just a drill....incidently that was when the stove went out.

John was very pleasant, and replaced the three strips in the blind over the sliding glass door. He didn''t have the new brackets for the strips but said he would find some. I hope he hasn't forgotten.

My dryer does not dry the clothes all the way. I have to run it through 5 complete cycles to get things dry, and then they are not dry all of the way! It just needs to be looked at again. Thank you.
