The maintenance was performed while I was out of my apartment and he seemed to manage everything very well. The oven that was removed scratched vinyl flooring pretty deep and we had all our baking pans in it. It was still nice to have most of our problems resolved so quickly.

Great service. He came after 5 because my hot water heater had water leaking in the area. He did a temporary fix for the night but came early the next morning with the part needed fir the fix. Can't say enough good about John the maintenance person. Thanks fir you help.

I needed my fire alarm fixed on a Sunday… It has been beeping since 2am . I hated to call but Dylan was here within 30 min. He always great… and provides hood service with a smile:)

The dish washer does not drain after Visits from maintenance there is still A problem and I will put in another work order I feel the maintenance guys did all they could to resize it but it’s stll not draining

Maintenance is GREAT!!! PLEASE get rid of the manager! she is a beast and if you cross her, she is out for vengeance and will NOT be nice or willing to help in any situations for entire time you are in this complex. GET HER OUT!!!

John is very friendly and responsive. He did a great job. He got 4 out of 5 of the job orders I requested done almost immediately. The last one is just waiting on parts.
