The maintenence guys are great but the communication from the people in the office needs some improvement. Once I submit a request, if it is not immediately approved, I am stuck in limbo without any updates as ro what is happening. Currently I am waiting to hear if the trees outside my home are going to be trimmed. It's been almost 2 months since I made the request. The same happened with a dishwasher that needed replaced. A quick call or message to let me know you're still waiting on an approval, or whatever else is the reason for the wait, would be appreciated. Other than the lack of communication, your team has been great.

They were very quick to respond to my request. Michael did a good job in doing the repair. He was very polite and quick.

Move in experience was great! Everyone was on top of everything we needed, some things needed fixing in the house and we were in contact with equity group to get the right people out. It’s been a great experience and we’re really happy.

Work order was not completed in a timely manner. But the service man that fulfilled order was fast
