My last service request started as a leak under the sink that turned out to be a broken disposal that turned up a clog in the pipes. Each time I had to contact Equity group I was met with the kindest most helpful vendors who were sympathetic toward the issue and kind and respectful towards my home. I am also happy with the team at equity group who puts service to their tenants in high regard. Thank you for your support and keeping my home a happy one!

Quick and efficient

Good evening, I really have enjoyed my experience and time renting from the Equity Group. From day one the Equity Group has made our renting experience one that we will always cherish. Even though we were new to renting they still gave us a chance not many others would have and helped us to find a apartment that our young family felt safe and comfortable in.
