There are a few things wrong with the house here and there normal wear and tear from previous tenants. However the service from the group themselves has been amazing I was able to sign the lease and get keys 3 days after application approval

The Equity Group's staff members have been very helpful and friendly, from finding a rental to signing the lease to addressing a couple of minor needed repairs. I would definitely recommend The Equity Group.
