I've been a renter with Equity Group since 2013 when I rented a small house for my mother who had Parkinson's. I retired from my job early to care for her. She Loved this little house with a yard and would sit outside in the evenings. She was a Warrior and fought hard but we lost her in 2017. I had planned on relocating but decided to stay as this place holds many great memories. For the most part my experience with Equity Group has been Positive. In 2023 there was a violent situation in the complex involving myself and a squatter in the complex that could have ended badly. I reported the incident to Equity who acted immediately addressed the issue and resolved it in a timely fashion. I was Impressed & Grateful. I often Wonder in today's Crazy World of Renters if the Equity Group Appreciates their 'good renters' who adhere to the lease, pay their rent on time etc.
