Equity Group has been a great help anytime we need maintenance done they were on top of it. Receptions always heard me out when I had questions or concerns. Leasing department was very helpful and respectful. would definitely recommend.

The office was very timely in replying to my messages

Mostly everything was great in regard to our move-in! The ladies who helped us with our keys and lease signing were nice and very helpful. The only two things that kept me from giving a 5-star rating were the cleanliness of the apartment upon move-in and communication regarding one particular maintenance request. Upon move-in, the unit looked clean until we got to the cabinets/drawers in the kitchen and bathrooms, particularly the bathroom that's connected to one of the rooms. There were crumbs in the kitchen cabinets and the upper cabinets were quite dirty, and the bathroom drawers had a lot of hair trimmings. Overall, it just seems like it wasn't cleaned super thoroughly. Additionally, we put in a maintenance request for our garbage disposal in July when we moved in. It was marked complete, however, no one ever came by to fix it and we had to call quite a few times to get an appointment set up to get it fixed. On 8/16 a service man came to look at the garbage disposal, but he needed to get a part for it. We didn't hear anything from them for about a week, so we called again and set up an appointment for this Tuesday for it to get fixed. All of our other maintenance requests have been fixed in a timely manner, though, which we do really appreciate! Again, other than those two things I mentioned, everything with move-in was very smooth and great!

They are pretty quick on responding to your concerns. They will send you any information that you need right away. We just had our black to tared over again and it came out great.
