Maintenance is always quick. Usually same week. I appreciate that.

I've been renting from Equity for 5yrs and have not had any issues. If maintenance is needed,it's serviced quickly and effectively. Any questions are answered right away. I've referred them to several people.

When they stopped by the man was very helpful and really cared about concerns we had about our apartment and was willing to look at many things even though he was here for only one thing. Definitely a step up from the previous owners !
