loved the tenant portal with the online maintenance requests. Response was good. Glad things were familiar in the transition from Lipson Mgmt.-- they were wonderful to work with.I appreciated Dave the handyman who knows the history of Westfield Apt. and tenants. Also appreciated Tina who did inspection. All phone contacts were pleasant and productive, i.e. Danae.

I like the portal & being able to set up auto rent pay. As well, I appreciate the portals ability to make mai requests with photos. The maintenance workers are friendly/skilled. Only downside is twice requests were not responding through portal so I had to drive from Tulare to Visalia to request in person.

Renting from Equity Group has been a great experience. They are sensitive to the needs of their renters with quick turnaround on maintenance requests. They keep the properties looking nice and I love living in my apartment.
