This review is long over due. Scott, Steve, and the Equity Group has handled more than a few real estate and rental transactions for me over the past 20 plus years. They were professional, straight forward, communicated often, and made each transaction easy and less stressful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Re: plumber, the plastic seal on the cold water tap was broken during the clog repair, repairman refused to put in a new stopper due to plastic vs. Metal and turning off is a challenge. Re: Heating/Cooling, repair service said I did not respond to their calls, my phone keeps record of all calls received, they never called so service was delayed due to their negligence. Rep at office blamed me for her not doing her job. Unprofessional. Repair was made, service tech was good.

The plumbers were here and dug out a broken sewer line from my backyard to the main line near the sidewalk. They did a speedy and good job. Only thing i wish is done is that they return to pour cement on my patio hole that was tore up during the repair. I have a torn up section about 3 feet wide, 2 feet deep and 10 feet long which is a hazard area and I can't let anyone go back to my patio so they don't fall and injure themselves.
