What I see now is a new batch of rodents under my frig. All that I knew about before are GONE from my walls and cupboards. So, looks like once more and all will be fine!

Maintenance requests are taken care of with no issues or hesitation

I appreciate how attentive you have been and how quick to respond to any concerns or requests. As an owner of a business that works in a property you manage, it is reassuring to know you are there. If wanting to go an extra step, it would be nice to hear back once a repair has been done with an explanation/summary from the tech/repairman/AC person/etc detailing what they did to address the concern (I.e. we reported a leak in the roof a while back…I never saw anyone come by, never heard about what was causing the leak, just received an email that said the problem was fixed).

All has been good. If I have questions or need maintenance everything has always been handled

This property management has been the best one I’ve rented from. They’re always making sure that they take care of whatever maintenance or issue there is, & they’re Very professional & reliable.
