The equity group agency is reliable and always stays on top of any maintenance requests tenants have. Usually taking care of any requests brought to their attention within a day or two of submission.

My son is living in the rental and has yet to be able to get into the mail box. He has called and emailed numerous times and the Equity Group keeps saying someone will get out there eventually to assist. This is unacceptable! There are important documents in the mail box that he is unable to get. I should give you a 2 star rating but other than this issue, all has been good.
