Very friendly and smooth process. Even after moving in repairs have been a breeze and concerns have been heard.

The property management is super helpful if we do have questions. When we have the annual inspection, the inspector is very nice and respectful of property. He does a great job.

I appreciate how responsive the team is. The staff has been very friendly along with maintenance doing a great job keeping up with the property consistently. I have 0 issues with the apartment and can confidently say, living at my current unit has been very comfortable.

The person that came do the inspection was really professional. When I called with some questions the person who talked to me was really polite and answered all my questions.

Love love love the change in office staff. Friendly whenever I need to call. Love the document upload to the portal. Love the new Apple Pay feature to pay rent. I hate waiting for EChecks to clear. Maintenance is always quick to respond and handle a situation. Their man office downtown is beautiful and clean. As long as you pay your rent on time they’re amazing. People who speak negatively about Equity either habitually pay rent late or don’t keep the rentals clean. I’ve been with them almost ten years and have never had an issue with them.
