The person that fixed our water heater and stove were courteous and respectful. They responded to fix the gas leakage in a timely manner.

I am so pleased with the service we have received over the last year and a half. Every single time we have called or emailed Equity Maintenance,they respond immediately. Additionally, anything that has needed repair or replacement, is completed quickly and with no problems. If there has been any issues that needed outside service companies, they contact them and have them come out right away. I couldn't have asked for a better Property Management company!!

As far as maintenance is concerned, my experience has been great! They get the job done in a timely manner. My comments do not reflect the equity group as a whole! That is for a later date.
