It actually took a week to get the problem addressed, but I get it. This whole complex was cheaply built using cheap materials, and the whole damn place is falling apart. However, other than having to wait so long, the work, once addressed, was completed quickly and well.

Maintenance man was very understanding & polite, did everything very quick made sure everything was ok before leaving and even fixed things that I didn’t notice which I appreciated a lot.
