extremely frustrating with the constant change of staff and regulations. It is not the same place i signed a contract with, i loved the chill and friendly environment at first but that has simply been lost since living here. Amenities access has changed making it a huge challenge to enjoy everything i pay community fees for as well as the unexpected fees added to our bill that were never discussed upon contract signed. would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The associate, I cannot remember her name, did an awesome job! She highlighted the amenities and the different aspects of the unit that make the complex stand out such as cabinet depth.

I think the set up and everything was very, very nice. I walked around the apartment complex and they showed me all the amenities which were nice and clean and upscale. Once I got to the apartment tour, they wowed me with the snacks that they had in the refrigerator and just the overall layout of the floor plan. All in all is a really good experience and I would definitely recommend The Fitzroy to someone else in the future!

The maintenance worker was very thorough with his work. He made sure to explain to us what happened and put in what we needed on our AC. I didn’t catch his name but he was great!

Anna was very friendly and informative. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour.
