I believe that if I schedule a tour and I express my desire to see a specific floor plan, I shouldn’t have to show up to the tour just to be told that the floor plan I want to see isn’t available for viewing. That’s inconsiderate and wasteful of my time. The associate also rushed the tour, as we weren’t even there for thirty minutes. Also, there was no “ future resident” parking available, so I had to park elsewhere and when I got back to my car, it had a piece or red paper on it telling me to vacate the spot. That’s a real turn-off for people looking for their new home.

Other than the fact that my gate code doesn’t work, this place has been amazing to live at compared to places I have lived prior. The staff is fantastic and knowledgeable, as well as very informative about when certain trash days won’t be happening or how to help me find my package if I can’t find it in the luxury boxes.

Out of all the apartment complexes I visited, the Fitzroy by far had the best salespeople. Anna did a wonderful job at detailing the tour, and the others weren’t even close to how many advantages the Fitzroy had.

The apartment I am interested in, wasn’t ready to tour the associate was fine enough to describe the differences between the two bedrooms to bath apartment compared with the three bedrooms to bath that I’m interested in which is 1102. Alexa is very knowledgeable and she was great during our visit.

Alexa was amazing and was extremely helpful. We walked in with no appointment on a Saturday. She showed us the property, two apartments, and walked us through the application. We are waiting to hear back about the approval.

Coming from student housing I was a bit confused on the actual application process and wasn’t aware the fee needed to be paid before the application was looked at! Nothing against the complex but a rookie mistake on my end!
