They did not fulfill the maintenance request. We have an infestation and it was not resolved

The maintenance man did an amazing job and thoroughly explained the problem and how it would be solved once we were able to in contact honestly he’s the best maintenance man I’ve ever had at any of my apartments. . A bit of miscommunication between myself, the office and maintenance but the issue has been resolved.

The worker was very helpful and resolved two out three things requested still have issue with stove but if smoke continues i told him i’ll put another request in but generally he was very helpful

We like the property and amenities. Staff is OK. Manager is a chore to deal with. Manager is Very argumentative and not very cooperative. Over all, I really like the place but have been looking at other options.

I believe that if I schedule a tour and I express my desire to see a specific floor plan, I shouldn’t have to show up to the tour just to be told that the floor plan I want to see isn’t available for viewing. That’s inconsiderate and wasteful of my time. The associate also rushed the tour, as we weren’t even there for thirty minutes. Also, there was no “ future resident” parking available, so I had to park elsewhere and when I got back to my car, it had a piece or red paper on it telling me to vacate the spot. That’s a real turn-off for people looking for their new home.

Maintenance came and did nothing about the mold in my closet. Was not given an explanation or no resolution of the mold.

Sierra has been an absolute gem in helping my son and I thru this process. Wonderful customer service! She definitely an asset to their office!
