Move in was GREAT! so quick and painless plus the apartment was cleaner than we expected! Only thing I would change would be the smell of the apartment/B2 hallway. The apartment smell is probably due to the fact that it hasn’t been lived in for a few weeks but the hallway smells like rotting trash most of the time.

I worked with Desi. She was awesome throughout my whole move-in process. She was sweet, helpful, and organized! I would give her 10 stars if I could!

The Flats are the best place ever!

I moved in on 12/16/23. The mais door to access the build A is broken and still broken since than. Is hard to open using the key fob.
