Maintenance staff was awesome and very responsive. Apartment units are old and grimey. Pictures on your website are deceiving and states that all units have a dishwasher while mine did not. Internet is too expensive on your billing when it crashes once or twice daily. Your location is great but your pricing is horrible and that’s why you’re not sitting below 90% occupancy

I sent a request for a severe termite infestation. My door around my window is crumbling. It’s not energy efficient, nor safe. I waited all morning today to hear from them. Took a shower around 12:30. Maybe that’s when they came? I don’t know. I have no paperwork to prove they were here? The problem still exists. It’s not the first time I’ve complained about this specific problem. The problem is still a problem.

When I got home the dishwasher was just finishing and I opened it and it still smelled like something was burning. It seems to happen during the heating towards the end of the cycle.
