Very friendly group and professional

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I originally had an appointment scheduled for 9:30 a.m., but received a call a few days beforehand asking if I could reschedule to 11:00 a.m. I agreed without issue.When I arrived for my appointment, X-rays were taken and I was seated in the exam chair with the bib on, fully expecting the cleaning to begin. Only then was I told that they had another patient and asked if I could “come back tomorrow.”This was extremely frustrating and disrespectful of my time, especially since I had already accommodated their scheduling change and had to arrive late to my cousins baby shower so that I could get my teeth cleaned the next morning.

They cancelled my first appointment and rescheduled and took X-rays with no cleaning. I had to schedule for a cleaning and go back. Plus the office called me twice to come in early while I was in a meeting. Not great first impression.

I'm feeling very positive about this office , Dr. Zee, and the friendly, kind, helpful staff! Much thanks and appreciation to all whom assisted me yesterday!!! I will be recommending this Dental team/office!

Appt was cancelled twice and second time I was told I was in a ghost spot in schedule like some how I was the one that made the error and no Friday hours available making it hard for my personal schedule.Office is not handicap accessible and looks dated overall.

Dawn was great! She explained everything to me and was very professional and kind.

It was the worst professional appointment in my life. My appointment was 35 minutes late. 2 associates took x rays of my teeth. One didn't know what she was doing. This same associate helped the cleaning woman evaluate my teeth. She couldn't get the numbers correct. X rays in my mouth were an awful experience.

They took c-rays it was time and turned out to be for under the gum cleaning that was a lie .
