I went in for a 6 month teeth cleaniing aand was informed the services being performed would cost me approximately $2000 out of pocket. This used to be a pleasant experience for me.

They were able to work me in quickly when I had an issue and everyone there was so nice!

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I originally had an appointment scheduled for 9:30 a.m., but received a call a few days beforehand asking if I could reschedule to 11:00 a.m. I agreed without issue.When I arrived for my appointment, X-rays were taken and I was seated in the exam chair with the bib on, fully expecting the cleaning to begin. Only then was I told that they had another patient and asked if I could “come back tomorrow.”This was extremely frustrating and disrespectful of my time, especially since I had already accommodated their scheduling change and had to arrive late to my cousins baby shower so that I could get my teeth cleaned the next morning.

Cindy was amazing! I haven’t had a cleaning that good in a long time!

They cancelled my first appointment and rescheduled and took X-rays with no cleaning. I had to schedule for a cleaning and go back. Plus the office called me twice to come in early while I was in a meeting. Not great first impression.
