It was the worst professional appointment in my life. My appointment was 35 minutes late. 2 associates took x rays of my teeth. One didn't know what she was doing. This same associate helped the cleaning woman evaluate my teeth. She couldn't get the numbers correct. X rays in my mouth were an awful experience.

They took c-rays it was time and turned out to be for under the gum cleaning that was a lie .

Had a filling put in 5 months and it came out now I have to redo the filling and pay more money out of pocket I want to make sure the procedure is done correctly this time it’s frustrating because it’s my first filling ever

I was not a fan of the fact that a cleaning was not done on the same day. We had to pull my daughter out of school for this appointment, and then schedule another one a month out that we will also have to pull her out of school for. And also have to take off of work. Why are they not done on the same day? Every other office I have been to does it on the same day.

I’ve always been comfortable here with the previous doctors. I did not love my interaction with the new doctor. She made me feel like I was a business transaction. I will have to see how this goes moving forward..

I sat for 30 minutes in the chair waiting because the office only has one dentist. My reason for coming in was a broken crown and exposed nerve. My regular dentist I found, had retired. All I got done was X-rays and discussion with dentist and rescheduled for procedure. They need another dentist in there. It was packed with people!

My son started having pain on Saturday so I called first thing on Monday morning to get him in to be seen. They couldn’t get him scheduled until Wednesday at 3:30 by then he was in more pain and an infection had become worse. We saw the Dentist for about 5 minutes and then were referred to pediatric dentist.A child is in pain and you can’t work him in for 3 days for 5 minutes?There were also some other incorrect things I was told.

I called the number to confirm on Friday before my appointment, and I talked to someone personally during my lunch. Then, when I showed up for my appointment, they said I had not confirmed. That was extremely inconvenient and basically ruined my plans for the afternoon.
