Almost everything is amazing! Ceiling fan appears to not be working

There was a leak in the sunroom known to management before I moved in back in May. It was only recently started to be fixed in October and the work is still going. So for several months, every time it rained there would be water that came into my apartment. I love the building and my unit. But I have concerns about how quickly WC Smith addresses issues.

The team did a great job communicating and dealing with my maintenance request. They responded quickly and jumped through some hoops to make it as easy for me as possible. Thanks!
