We spoke to Claire about reserving a parking spot at Frontenac, who told us Renee would have indoor spot #19 reserved for us and that we could drop off a check when we grabbed our keys to pay for the first month. When we arrived, Renee told us that this was not true and that they did not have a parking space for us. This was a big issue for us because our plans had required us to have this parking space, and it would be a big expense to figure out a work-around. Thankfully, Renee offered a temporary workaround and solution. However, it was not an ideal solution because we had two options: either park in a staff spot that would likely mistakenly be confused and not reserved properly, or to park in a tiny spot that could not fit our car. We have since decided to both seek street parking permits for ourselves, but this was a disruption to our plans.

Out of all the apartments that I toured, the Frontenac was the best one. I appreciate the simplicity and beauty of the building and apartments I viewed.

Almost everything is amazing! Ceiling fan appears to not be working

There was a leak in the sunroom known to management before I moved in back in May. It was only recently started to be fixed in October and the work is still going. So for several months, every time it rained there would be water that came into my apartment. I love the building and my unit. But I have concerns about how quickly WC Smith addresses issues.

The team did a great job communicating and dealing with my maintenance request. They responded quickly and jumped through some hoops to make it as easy for me as possible. Thanks!
