Raven and Karen were really nice and helpful. Their service is really quality. They're very helpful and understanding of my situations as potential resident. Hope to keep dealing with them.

The young man who came to fix the problem was very professional. I wish the people in the office will be as professional as they are.

I have enjoyed everything about The Fuse for almost 10 years now. Our new manager Raven is on point with everything in the midst of coming in with some major issues that were or have been going on. I truly believe she will get this property back to what it once was. Ms. Karen as well is super great at what she does for the community as well. And our maintenance team is also wonderful ( Gabe, Robert & our new porter I forget his name ) are AWESOME

This time it took so long for coming to see my request (1 week) and The bathtub problem was not definitively solved because the bathtub has the slope towards the wall and will continue to accumulate water and humidity towards the wall

Gabe and Robert are always so professional and gives you a explanation of what has to be done. Our new manager Raven has come in lIke a RAINBOW
