The guy said he didn’t have the piece which is a new tub stopper because the old one is rusty and dirty & that’s how I moved in. The apartments need to order necessary equipment to new unit movers. Just like the screen doors for the 3rd floor

Suggest to check more on forbidden substance presence on building 15 community(something weird is happening around) , improve gym maintenance. Improve security of gym restroom, increase maintainer crew workers.

I like living here a lot. I just wish the office staff answered the phone more often. I'm not always able to walk over to the office during open hours.

Management did not communicate with the pest control vendor that they should call me before entering the premise despite my note in the work order to not enter without my presence. I have seen a note from vendor on my kitchen stove, but have not seen or smelt any pest control items around the house. The hornets nest they took out from the main entrance door was thrown on the floor in front of my door and made a mess. I brought the issue up with Raven and she handled it very professionally. Karen Gonzales on the other hand was very rude and not at all helpful or apologetic.

The team at this location is amazing! They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of getting my family and me into a unit. They made everything easy, answered all of our questions, and provided excellent customer service. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a new apartment.

Getting a work order done has become increasingly irritating now,il I have been a resident here for over 3yrs and I have never seen anything like this. The staffs don't pick up calls anymore,no communication whatsoever. This is highly embarrassing. This needs to stop please and thank you.

The work order was closed but I was informed we are waiting on a part and I’ve been without hot worker for 8 days from my first work order and 5 days since my second that was recently closed.
