Because of lack of maintenance personnel & missing part, the request was completed two & 1/2 weeks later since I sent the request on May 2.

New maintenance is slow to respond to issues. Communication about maintenance requests and progress is non-existent. No updates on the app we are required to use. I have to call to check the status, then office personnel don’t return calls. They used to have someone who would come by and sweep the building areas but that doesn’t happen anymore so excrement from people neighbors pets are all over.

Raven & Karen are a breath of fresh air. Their attention to your needs are impeccable. As a long time resident of 9yrs this management team has been my favorite thus far. Raven is open to hear you and gets problems solved QUICKLY or will make accommodations for you until she can get the problem solved fully.
