All I would like to add is to the administrative staff. You guys keep doing what you are doing,you do it so well !

Getting a work order done has become increasingly irritating now,il I have been a resident here for over 3yrs and I have never seen anything like this. The staffs don't pick up calls anymore,no communication whatsoever. This is highly embarrassing. This needs to stop please and thank you.

The work order was closed but I was informed we are waiting on a part and I’ve been without hot worker for 8 days from my first work order and 5 days since my second that was recently closed.

Garage still not opening most of the time

Just please ensure the tenant to guest parking ratio is remains accommodating.

The issue wasn’t resolved and no one reached out ever the ticket was just closed absolutely not ok at all

The problem still exist.

Because of lack of maintenance personnel & missing part, the request was completed two & 1/2 weeks later since I sent the request on May 2.
