I like the fact that Emilio explains what the problem is & also will show you why it happened. And educates you on how he will repair it. I like that part because if it happens again I can try and fix it myself.

There were a list of items that really need to be inspected before somebody moves in. I submitted a detail of items. Paloma has been able to take care of them quickly, and I am definitely pleased with that.
