Gabe and his assistant I think his name is ronald are soooo nice and respectful. Gabe handle the service request in a very timely manner. I have been here 13yrs and Gabe and his assistant are the most friendly people . I felt like a very important person the knew my name

Please learn how to better notate and communicate between each other. The move out process was a horrific experience. Staff was very accusatory towards me in regards to blinds that were broken upon my move in that were never replaced despite me reporting them. After about a month of waiting for the blinds, I called the leasing office and the woman I had spoken to (Paloma I believe?) notified me that the blinds were taking a long time to come. She asked if I wanted them replaced or if I just didn’t want to be charged for them being broken when I moved out. I opted for the latter. When I moved out apparently this was never notated and I was being charged for the blinds. Please take this as a learning experience and better train your staff to notate conversations had with your residents. The move out experience left me with a bitter taste in my mouth which is very sad considering the lovely and amazing experience I had of living here. Staff was very prompt on any maintenance requests. This is wonderful and quiet community.

Part of the issue was resolved, but the Stillwell Lighting on both ends of the hallways have not been addressed yet!

Management is nice and friendly, the community here does a lot of group things(food trucks, yard sales) fun stuff like that and it’s really nice.

Valet Trash pickup is frequently missed. I am never compensated for this. I would love to see this service go away along with the $30 monthly charge for it
