There is some wood deterioration on the patio columns outside deck.

Pool is closed constantly for repairs and cleaning.Outdoor spaces are dirty dog poop pick up is not enforced or done. Valet trash doesn't come often. The pest control never shows or doesn't work at all

I eas very impresses on how maintenance resolved the issue the same dy I created the ticket. Normally it takes them a day or two depending on the load. I fuess when water leak is involved, it is treated as urgent.Shout out to whole team!

I appreciate the FACT that all of my request are tended to in a very timely manner. And as always Gabe does explain in detail if a part has to be ordered. And never leaves an issue unresolved with a back plan that I am never without usage of a appliance. And Jessica ALWAYS follows up directly with me via phone call about ALL my concerns

Trash pickup is questionable, I've called about this issue but I now take my own trash to the dumpster

Yes, the apartment from upstairs had a toilet leaked and all that dirty water fell in my apartment. I thought you guys were going to change my carpet, but you guys just cleaned it. That is disgusting!! I have to live here for another year with this dirty carpet. NOT NICE!!
