I’d still like to get the mini blinds replaced that I asked for during signing the lease initially. They are out dated and many don’t work. Mailbox is a fiasco! Having to go to the post office to get my mail is frustrating. This has happened twice and the most recent one occurring now I didn’t even receive notification from your office. Honestly strongly considering not renewing my lease.

There is some wood deterioration on the patio columns outside deck.

Pool is closed constantly for repairs and cleaning.Outdoor spaces are dirty dog poop pick up is not enforced or done. Valet trash doesn't come often. The pest control never shows or doesn't work at all

I eas very impresses on how maintenance resolved the issue the same dy I created the ticket. Normally it takes them a day or two depending on the load. I fuess when water leak is involved, it is treated as urgent.Shout out to whole team!
