We have the best and the nicest maintenance man we have had since I moved in over four years ago. He is so knowledgeable and pleasant.

Clean, polite, communicated clearly , effectively He was thorough and knowledgeable about cause and resolution of problem. He left the work area clean with nothing left for me to finish. It took quite awhile to resolve ( seemed like a couple of hours but I didn’t have him). I don’t have have a problem with that,; I just thought I should present it balanced outlook. It was the only thing I could think of. I really appreciated his work and overall demeanor. I sincerely hope he is around for to help us. Thank you for this opportunity to share my experience.

The AC drain was cleaned out. The water vacuumed but it returned. Maintenance came the next workday and worked on it again. Some part needed replacing and that was done on.
