Trinity was awesome

The maintenance men first thought they’d have to order a part, and I may wait a few days. But then an hour or so later, they found the part and fixed the shower on the same day. I was relieved and glad they could do so!

This maintenance request was completed by an outside contractor- pest control. I assumed the treated the whole apartment as requested. However, my apartment reeked of cigarette smoke after the contractor left, and still persists after 2 days despite open windows and air filter running. I am not happy with this as I am severely allergic to cigarette smoke. I haven’t had this issue in previous apartment buildings with any maintenance staff or contractors. I assume the contractor is a heavy smoker and leaves this scent behind wherever they go. This person should not be working in people’s homes.

All jokes aside, the excellence of the maintenance team at The Garrett is one of the reasons I have been dragging my feet on buying a house. Things in my home don’t break often, but when they do, the maintenance team is extremely responsive. In my 4+ years of living here, I’ve never had to worry about anything in my home being “out of order” because the team has always shown up within [sometimes literal] minutes to address my maintenance requests. They consistently operate with a sense of urgency, and it’s always given me peace of mind. I’m truly grateful for their entire team.

Edwin the painter demonstrated professionalism the entire time on the job. I am a painter myself and it takes a pro to know a pro. Edwin the painter is a pro. The man had a heat gun to expedite the repair and, as I was working on my computer, he did nothing to disturb my home office work. That's a pro! I will be contacting his boss and Owner of the company, Eric Krause, to let him know that Edwin the painter is an asset to his organization. Professional, polite, and proficient..what more do you want from your drywall repair specialist? I am one, Edwin is one, and it takes one to know one!
