All jokes aside, the excellence of the maintenance team at The Garrett is one of the reasons I have been dragging my feet on buying a house. Things in my home don’t break often, but when they do, the maintenance team is extremely responsive. In my 4+ years of living here, I’ve never had to worry about anything in my home being “out of order” because the team has always shown up within [sometimes literal] minutes to address my maintenance requests. They consistently operate with a sense of urgency, and it’s always given me peace of mind. I’m truly grateful for their entire team.

Edwin the painter demonstrated professionalism the entire time on the job. I am a painter myself and it takes a pro to know a pro. Edwin the painter is a pro. The man had a heat gun to expedite the repair and, as I was working on my computer, he did nothing to disturb my home office work. That's a pro! I will be contacting his boss and Owner of the company, Eric Krause, to let him know that Edwin the painter is an asset to his organization. Professional, polite, and proficient..what more do you want from your drywall repair specialist? I am one, Edwin is one, and it takes one to know one! Ulises arrived within 20 minutes of putting in my request and was kind and quick, and did a great job!

I just wanted to say the maintenance worker who came to our unit was the best! He came in an emergency and we didn’t think he could solve the issue, but he was able to!

The maintenance team left the bathtub a mess after- there was sticky brown residue all over the tub (that had just been cleaned!). I’ve never lived in an apartment building where the maintenance team left the tub like that after snaking the drain. If they had just let the water run for a minute after clearing the drain, everything would’ve washed away. Instead it has dried and stuck on the tub and has been difficult to remove.

Need them to come back and glue the towel handle down. It still comes off the wall
