It took you a year to fix my ac/heater. We’ll see if it’s actually fixed. You came into my apartment so often while working on it I should be charging you rent.

Do not move here. Broke my lease early after only 2 months. Air conditioning didn’t work when I moved in and made multiple tickets and takes to staff to get it fixed. Was never fixed. Weird smell in the hall ways and in the unit. Smelt something sour as well and found yellow chunky gunk coming out of the back of the fridge. Didn’t bother asking for help cleaning it bc of my AC never even getting fixed after 8 weeks of bugging them. Found 2 roaches in the bathroom. My deposit took 8 weeks to get back and I had to call and email them for 4 of them to get my money. Workers were nice but not helpful in the slightest bit. Lazy and did nothing. Worse living experience thus far. DONT DO IT

The guys that work here on the maintenance crew are great. They’re nice, respectful and good at their job. But what’s going on with management? How the hell did it take over a month and a half to fix my heater during the winter? How are people expected to pay full rent when you can’t even keep my heater on? I’d like to know how I can talk to the city inspectors that have been evaluating the building.
