We experienced several cut corners leading up to and during our move-in. Specifically: Pest Control: A serious roach infestation required immediate fumigation, which ideally should have been addressed during a pre-move-in health check. Hot Water: Consistent hot water was not available until this past Monday. Electrical Issues: A bedroom outlet remained non-functional for a week after move-in. Amenity Discrepancy: The online floorplan indicated an in-unit washer and dryer, which was then contradicted during my tour. While I'm grateful to have this amenity, the inconsistent communication regarding its availability was frustrating.
