We experienced several cut corners leading up to and during our move-in. Specifically:Pest Control: A serious roach infestation required immediate fumigation, which ideally should have been addressed during a pre-move-in health check.Hot Water: Consistent hot water was not available until this past Monday.Electrical Issues: A bedroom outlet remained non-functional for a week after move-in.Amenity Discrepancy: The online floorplan indicated an in-unit washer and dryer, which was then contradicted during my tour. While I'm grateful to have this amenity, the inconsistent communication regarding its availability was frustrating.

The maintenance guy came over to my room and try to fix the clogging of my kitchen and bathroom sinks. He explained to me what was going on and fixed ASAP
