I can never find a parking spot near my apartment. Plus, everyone is parked in the no parking areas. Hallways are always dirty, they say they’ll come and clean and never do, dog poop is literally everywhere. My neighbor let their dog poop in the hallway multiple times. Smoke detectors were never checked in my apartment. I think it’s ridiculous that I have to pay for valet trash when I never use it.

The office manager is sometimes condescending and rude, other times they are nice. They never pick up the phone which is confusing since they are constantly making social media videos that are not that important. They are not quick to solve issues and do not take accountability for things they are at fault at. They send emails about policies, but don’t enforce them.

I LOVE this place! It is beautiful and clean, the staff is so great! I have moved and rented a lot in the past 20 years and by far the staff here is the most friendly and helpful, and happy. The only thing I would change is the parking. The spaces are so narrow and vehicles have to park so close together that cars get new dings daily. I actually have had to crawl through my hatch and over my seats to get in. It would be really great to see the lines get repainted correctly. Also, it seems like there are so many guests parking here that the residents often have to park far away from their buildings because the spots are occupied. A solution could be one designated numbered parking spot per unit and designated guest and additional vehicle parking maybe along the fence. Oh... and maybe wider speed bumps, the current ones are making my car fall apart. lol:)

It was a great exerience.

My neighbor was robbed at gunpoint by men that knocked on my door first. They were able to get into the complex because the front gate was broken (again). The neighborhood has become unsafe since they loosened their background check requirements from what greystar use to require. I want to move and I wish I could sooner.

It was a nice experience and the staff was helpful. I am currently waiting on a response to my application.

Did not have a disability-friendly bathroom available.

We have experienced a lot of bad things; weed smell in the entire apartment for days, dog poop near our vehicles, and people parking in our paid parking spots. We expressed our concerns to management whom we signed with and none of it was addressed. Then the new owners of the community hired new management and they have helped more.This team has sent out emails and warnings in regards to the issues. At this time though, we are still not sure if we plan to renew our lease; we tend to spend a lot of time away from home just because of the weed smell. 😒😢

The parking spots on the side of the buildings are too small and should be repainted. I’ve had multiple people hit my car/open their doors into my car causing damage. I always park my car in between the lines but even then the spots are still too small.People leaving their trash in the walkways on Friday through Sunday should be addressed. People should be taking their trash to the dumpsters when the valet service isn’t running or be fined. The trash being left outside all weekend attracts bugs and smells up the entire walkway. This has been an issue since I moved in and I would like to see it addressed. Additionally I had to install a ring camera outside of my door because people were leaving bags of trash outside of my apartment. Residents should be held accountable for responsible trash disposal.Overall I don’t have issues with the new management, communication has picked up recently which I appreciate. The one thing I wish would be addressed is the construction next door, I understand nothing can be done about it during the day and honestly the noise does not bother me during normal working hours but often the crews work over night and that’s simply unacceptable to do next to a community of people trying to sleep for work the next day. It would be nice if management would stand up for their residents and report the over night construction instead of leaving it to the residents to contact the county.
