This is the third time they’ve come to see why my water heater is acting up. The last maintenance man who came was really nice and professional. It seems like it’s just my water heater. That’s the problem. Even when I turn it on and it’s not all the way up to hot. It’s halfway and I leave it on for a couple minutes to get warm, and it never turns warm so then I have to turn it almost all the way up, but then I noticed that 10 minutes in. And yes, I have time myself. It turns cold, so I have to take a really speedy shower. And I’m the only one living here. There’s no other person, so just a little frustrated with the water heater.

We have experienced a lot of bad things; weed smell in the entire apartment for days, dog poop near our vehicles, and people parking in our paid parking spots. We expressed our concerns to management whom we signed with and none of it was addressed. Then the new owners of the community hired new management and they have helped more.This team has sent out emails and warnings in regards to the issues. At this time though, we are still not sure if we plan to renew our lease; we tend to spend a lot of time away from home just because of the weed smell. 😒😢
