The parking spots on the side of the buildings are too small and should be repainted. I’ve had multiple people hit my car/open their doors into my car causing damage. I always park my car in between the lines but even then the spots are still too small.People leaving their trash in the walkways on Friday through Sunday should be addressed. People should be taking their trash to the dumpsters when the valet service isn’t running or be fined. The trash being left outside all weekend attracts bugs and smells up the entire walkway. This has been an issue since I moved in and I would like to see it addressed. Additionally I had to install a ring camera outside of my door because people were leaving bags of trash outside of my apartment. Residents should be held accountable for responsible trash disposal.Overall I don’t have issues with the new management, communication has picked up recently which I appreciate. The one thing I wish would be addressed is the construction next door, I understand nothing can be done about it during the day and honestly the noise does not bother me during normal working hours but often the crews work over night and that’s simply unacceptable to do next to a community of people trying to sleep for work the next day. It would be nice if management would stand up for their residents and report the over night construction instead of leaving it to the residents to contact the county.

called before arriving like my note stated so kudos theremaintenance was able to remove the snake (it was still burrowed under the door.maintenance claimed the door looked sealed, but a snake being under there really says otherwise.he said pest control may have a deterrent and will be dropping by on thurs.we put a blocker on the back of the door now as a precaution (bc again i do not trust the seal)

My maintenance request was clear and provided a photo. The manager said tge would fix it the same time as my AC. The techs were confused and said they were told to mend a wall, not replace a window pane. They were unable to fo the work, but the maintenance request was marked completed. No further communication provided.

The AC work was done well, I had requested a call so I could contain my cats first and that did not happen. It was also clear that the techs were looking around in my bathroom atvmy belongings, which feels like a privacy violation.

Send an email or notification when it's been worked. I had to make arrangement for my pet so o would have been nice to get notified ASAP when it was done

There are special circumstances with my situation and I'm the end I was still turned down, even for affordable living. Disappointment doesn't begin to cover it.
