I understand that maintenance staff are required to notify tenants when they are at the door and I fully respect that process. However, the way this was handled was disruptive. Maintenance repeatedly banged on the door, called my phone multiple times and attempted to unlock the door while I was in the middle of an interview. If consent to enter has already been provided for a service request, the more appropriate approach would be to knock and if there is no response proceed with entry to complete the work. Repeatedly knocking and calling the tenants phone creates unnecessary disruption. I would appreciate if this could be communicated to the maintenance team for future visits.

I’d love if they think of others who doesn’t like have the shoes on the carpet for health purposes. Would be nice if they bring one cover their shoes to prevent carrying germs to the carpet.

It has been so bad since Mox purchased the complex, it’s really going downhill and everything is so disorganized, weeds growing everywhere and so so many issues.

Nothing works since yall got here, our community isn’t the same and we no longer have monthly events. Doggy bags are missing always the trash from the dog bins is always full. The coffee machine doesn’t work. The gates don’t lock. The management doesn’t email you back.
