My experience at The Highlands has been nothing but delightful. I moved in last May and I am so happy to be here. Chad James, the property manager is outstanding and always available. He is professional, kind and extremely responsive. The maintenance manager, Mike is equally excellent and the building and the grounds are maintained in pristine condition and always immaculate.

From the beginning to moving in has been a seamless process. Chad is outstanding and what he does and everything is addressed in an expeditious and organized fashion. He is extremely knowledgeable and is one of the best multitasker I’ve ever met. It was an absolute delight to work with him. I love my new place and I might add that maintenance service requests are addressed literally within an hour after they are processed. The entire facility is clean and the grounds are exceptionally maintained and beautiful. I could not be any happier.
