I have been charged for damage to the flooring but I would like to dispute that for the floor was already damaged when I originally moved into the apartment. I do have photos and time stamps from when I originally moved in.

I have been charged for flooring damages and would like to dispute that as for when I originally moved in the floor was already damaged and I have photos and time stamps of this prior damage.

I am being charged for damages to my door which were there prior to my move in 4 years ago. I submitted that on my move-in inspection form and have the pictures to prove it. It should’ve been noted in every quarterly inspection over that time as well. I will attach the time stamped picture for August 15th, 2022 which was the day I moved in.

The charge I’ve received is for the cleaning of the carpet, but when my lease began the carpet already looked like that. It is through no action of my own that the carpet needs to be cleaned.

I spent most of my 1 day moving out cleaning the entire apartment. When I moved out it was spotless and I have pictures to prove it. The empty rooms were used to store furniture for the front office and so if anything was dirty it would have been from maintenance coming in to move all the furniture out.

I’m being charged for door damages when both my bedroom door and bathroom door were stripped and damaged when i moved in. I submitted this in my inspection when I moved in two years ago. I also don’t understand the window replacement charge because there was nothing wrong with the window when I moved out.

I got the email about the cleaning that was needed for my room. It showed pictures of my carpet. I had my own rug laid down on top of the carpet. So say I by that I made the mess is incorrect. Also, I moved in the middle of the lease so a lot of the stuff that was there was there when I moved in. Also, the cleaning/damage in the common space is not valid because there is still a tenant living in that unit. I cleaned that kitchen top to bottom. And how it looked in the photos is not my doing. Also the blinds were broken when I moved in and I documented that. I will be calling the office.

I am being charged for the damage to the door shades on the door to the patio. This damage was there when I moved in and is pictured in my move in condition form. In addition, I should not be held liable for cleaning the common spaces when one of the roommates did not move out. We cleaned before we left and anything after that is a result of the roommate that currently still lives there because she renewedThe picture I’m attaching is from February 14th when I moved in that shows the broken window shade. It has the date data with it.

My roommate had dogs, one of which wasn’t even listed on her lease, and any deep cleaning of the floor or any common areas was due to her dogs going to the bathroom every where in the apartment, including in my room. She wasn’t charged for any of these extra fees which seems backwards. I also moved out before her so any trash left in the apartment was on her, not me.

I am in the Nevada National Guard and inform the front desk staff I had drill the day of move out at 0500. My roommate Dylan in room B had his stuff and a friend of his stuff all over the living room and kitchen as he packed everything the night before. I cleaned and vacuumed my room and common area the best I could but couldn’t make sure it was done properly due to drill. I ask that given this information there is a chance to clear the balance owed. I understand keeping my deposit but don’t feel my commitment to the national guard and a poor roommate should become a financial burden on me. Thank you.
