I have been charged 40 dollars but I wanted to dispute the charge “cleaning fee” because I cleaned my room to the best of my abilities and I have pictures as well of the day when I left which I took after cleaningAnd the reason was “odour” I don’t remember any unusual odour and I don’t know how is it justifiable because odours are more subjective

The floor next to the door was already dirty before I moved in. The stain next to the closest was me.

Please contact Nick for the pictures to provide again. He has pictures on move in day. We already sent them to you via email on 7/29 or 7/30 one of those days. We cleaned his room better than it was when he moved in.

We cleaned exceptionally well and sent in pictures that Eric at your front office told us to do. Nick moved into an extremely messy place and we provided pictures and comments! There is NO way we should be charged anything! That place was a mess the entire year and Nick never used the common areas!! This is offensive actually. Sorry we provided you with everything needed and I am his mom and I physically cleaned his room! Thank you

I have multiple cleaning charges ($100 & 57.50) along with a damage fee ($175) for moving out of my apartment. When I look at the closing inspection there are no notes on any of the issues listed. Both bedrooms are stated as clean and so is the common area. Additionally no notes about any damage to the furniture. There is a note that the TV is missing however it's in bedroom B, there is an image of it in the inspection.

I was charged for a floor removal/replacement in my bedroom unit. The carpet area that is damaged was damaged when I moved in, and I had reported it on my move-in checklist when I first moved in. I would like for the damage charges to be dropped, as well as a refund on my deposit (since I am not sure why I wouldnmt get my deposit back).

I believe I cleaned my room thoroughly. I did all that was listed for the move out checklist. I also cleaned the common area as best as I could. Before I left my roommates were still moving out. I don’t think it’s fair if I was charged for things I cleaned really well if they did not follow the expectations

Common area and kitchen was not my mess, I know it is the common area, but none of the trash or mess was my doing. Living in 1714 was the worst living experience I have ever had. The child in 1714/A was a drug addict with no ability to clean up after himself. He cussed me out and flipped me off for locking the front door. He dropped an egg on the floor and didn’t clean it until I made him do it 2 weeks later. He was too lazy to walk to the dumpster to throw away trash and would leave bags of garbage next to the front door and on the patio. I sent emails to thehighlands@peakmade.com saying I don’t want to be charged cleaning fees for his mess. I moved all of my pans, utensils, plates, cutting boards, and bowls into my room to stop him from using them, as he would never clean them and did not have his own. As far as my room goes, I don’t have evidence to show that the room is in the same condition as when I moved in, although it is.

I am being charged for damages that were already there when I moved in. The walls and primary door in bedroom B already had existing damage that were painted over very poorly. The kitchen fridge also had a broken shelf that was there when I moved in. I reported all of these damages on the move-in inspection sheet on August 19th 2025 so please refer to that. I also have pictures when I moved in with the dates I took them showing the damages.

The floors in my unit were messed up before my move in i had taken the pictures and uploaded them on my move in check list unfortunately i do not have them anymore but i called and they said you should still have access to them i unfortunately have only one but i will attach
