Management showed zero flexibility in our case , due to the fact that the freight elevator was not operational. We had asked to keep our possessions be left in the apt.over the weekend for no additional charge, since it had not been leased out yet. We originally scheduled the move on Monday 5 days prior to the lease ending. We were told the fright elevator would be down for a week, so we rescheduled with movers for the next Monday, assuming the elevator would be fixed. But no, Mgt. would not work with us, so we moved the move back to Thursday, at additional expense at a higher rate since near weekend vs. Monday. As a result, movers had to wheel some of my furniture down the garage ramps 5 floors. Also, not overloading the passenger elevator took longer than normal. So higher hourly rate for movers, slower moving time ended up costing me several hundred dollars, when a little compassion to offset the broken freight elevator would have been the decent thing to do.

Beautiful apartment complex with a fantastic location. The office staff, as well as maintenance crew are the best! Also, the amenities are outstanding.

The stay at Huntington Apartments was an excellent experience for me and my family. We stayed for almost 2 years and it was a memorable one. Whether it is the leasing staff, maintainance staff, the events at Huntington, the newsletter... all were very homely and friendly.

Turned in my paper I received from my victims advocate for domestic violence excusing me from my lease which they refused to apply to my lease for early termination.

The bldg is dirty - same dirt and dust bunnies in the fitness center since I first moved in 14 months ago. Threat of cameras being installed in trash rooms - never done residents just threw stuff all over the trash rooms. No security cameras in parking garage. Boiler went out during replacement residents promised hot water before 8 am - no hot water. Communication from office 10 mi utes before they closed - no compensation to the residents Parking garage gates break at least once a month. Parking garage dirty suggested to leasing office they power wash - never done. Bldg has termites Apartments are old Demographics changing constant orders of cannabis even though bldg is non smoking Basically it’s way below average!

The Huntington staff have been outstanding the two years we were here!

There was no communication upon move out. I had to constantly reach out.

Garage doors are always broke, hot water heaters are constantly going out. Early termination fees are outrageous. Smoking marijuana usage is used everywhere. Appliances are extremely loud terrible barely working
