Maintenance team is top notch, office team is quite exceptional (did not always used to be that way 3 years ago) overall I would say I’m happy with no real reason to look elsewhere. Just keep the rental rates reasonable.

Management showed zero flexibility in our case , due to the fact that the freight elevator was not operational. We had asked to keep our possessions be left in the apt.over the weekend for no additional charge, since it had not been leased out yet. We originally scheduled the move on Monday 5 days prior to the lease ending. We were told the fright elevator would be down for a week, so we rescheduled with movers for the next Monday, assuming the elevator would be fixed. But no, Mgt. would not work with us, so we moved the move back to Thursday, at additional expense at a higher rate since near weekend vs. Monday. As a result, movers had to wheel some of my furniture down the garage ramps 5 floors. Also, not overloading the passenger elevator took longer than normal. So higher hourly rate for movers, slower moving time ended up costing me several hundred dollars, when a little compassion to offset the broken freight elevator would have been the decent thing to do.

Every area of the complex that I toured was neat and clean. The gym smelled very good. The garage appeared clean with no trash. I enjoyed touring with Erica. Very kind and professional. Although, I will exceed the 48 hour timeline I will reach out as soon as a possible decision is there to move forward with Huntington Apartments.

Didn’t feel welcomed that much, parking was horrible to begin with, the staff didn’t really seem interested or engaging. During the tour there was a whiff of marijuana which was an instant no for me. Overall not a pleasant experience and I won’t be back.
